Topic:	Local Systems Administrator Robert Nickel will be presenting on the widely used web application RT: Request Tracker Bio: Robert is currently the lead System Administrator for the City of Fresno Water Division. He has been involved with the Linux Community for over 10 years, and is a regular contributor to the Open Source community and FOSUG.

All are welcome to our group. The only requirement is a desire to learn, or teach others what you know. We will never ask for money to attend our meetings, or join our discussions on IRC or the mailing list.

**Announcements and Thanks**
Announcements:	A huge Thank you to Tom Limoncelli for the wonderful presentation last meeting. The video from the meeting will be available on the website under "Previous Meetings" If you couldn't attend last meeting, be sure to watch it, especially if you're a System or Network administrator. This month Rob will be carrying the torch sort to speak, about Request Tracker, something that Tom talked about in his presentation last month. If you haven't signed up for the mailing list, be sure to do so. We've got great things planned for the rest of the year and want to to hear from everybody on the things they want to see presented.
